Dog Walking...

Q. Do dogs get a whole hour of exercise?
A. Yes. Time spent in collection, travelling to the walk and drop-off is not part of the one hour minimum walk time. Dogs may be enjoying our care for several hours.
 
Q. What are your walking times?
A. We generally walk between the hours of 10:00am - 4:00pm, offering AM and PM sessions. We cannot provide precise collection and drop-off times as these vary depending on travelling distances and location of other dogs joining the walk
 
Q. Do you walk dogs off the lead?
A. Owners must give prior written consent for off-lead walking. (This is completed on the registration form during the consultation meeting). We take great care to establish reliable call-back before doing so.
 
Q. Does the price include collection and drop-off
A. Yes. All travelling is included in our price.

 
Home Visits... 
A. All keys are kept securely in a locked container, both when in a vehicle and at our premises. Keys are never labelled with your address, so in the unlikely event of any loss they are not identifiable.
Q. What are your home visit times
A. Home visits are provided AM and PM. We are unable to provide specific timings in advance as it is dependent upon travelling times and the locations of other dogs on the round. However, please discuss your circumstances with us; we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences.
 
Q. Are you able to supply food?
A. No, sorry, we don't supply food. We are happy to feed with pre-portioned and labelled food, as per your instructions.
 
Q. Can you also feed my cat?
A. Yes, we will discuss your individual requirements. Food portions should be clearly labelled. We will agree arrangements with you in advance.
 
Q. How do you keep my keys safe?
A. All keys are kept securely in a locked container, both when in a vehicle and at our premises. Keys are never labelled with your address, so in the unlikely event of any loss they are not identifiable.

Q. Can owners travel with their pets in your vehicles?
A. No, sorry, our dog transport is not insured for carriage of owners
 
Q. Will you take my dog to the vet/groomers for an appointment and collect them afterwards without me needing to be there?
A. Yes, we will do everything for you. (You must make suitable arrangements in advance to pay for any services).
Q. Will you collect any reports / medicines etc.from the vets
A. Yes, we will pick up any additional items as directed by you.

Q. How much notice do you require for bookings?
A. We can get very busy at times. We recommend you book at least one week in advance.
 
Q. When do you collect payment?
A. New customers should pay in advance or at the time of collection. Regular customers may be provided with an account, payable on a monthly basis, by direct debit or electronic transfer
 
Q. Can I make credit card payments?
A. Sorry, we are not able to accept credit card payments at this time. However, we do accept PayPal which offers safe and secure electronic payments by credit card or bank transfer.
